Ingredients
1 Tbsp black mustard seeds
1 Tbsp yellow mustard seeds
1 Tbsp allspice berries, crushed
1 Tbsp dill seeds

1 dried red chile, crushed
3 cinnamon sticks, crushed

nutmeg, crushed
3 bay leaves, crumbled
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp whole coriander seeds
1 tsp cardamom pods, crushed

star anise pod, crushed
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients.
Store in an airtight container in a dark spot for up to 6 months.
